When I needed a survey done on my property, Jon gave professional advice and information. He produced a thorough and in depth report. I received a prompt and friendly service from Beverley in the office. I was very happy with the service I received and I can recommend this company.
I just want to say how impressed I was with MS Surveys when they undertook a Level 2 survey on the house I am buying. Lance gave outstanding customer service, and was so lovely, friendly and easy to talk to. I instructed MS Surveys very close to my completion date wanting an urgent Buyer's survey. Beverley was so helpful, accommodating and managed to squeeze me in really quickly. Within an hour or so of the visit the surveyor called me to discuss the points that would be put in the report. He explained everything in a really easy to understand way to prevent any alarm on receipt of the report. This was particularly helpful as I was working to a tight deadline. The full report then arrived within a matter of hours. The service was amazing both from Mark and Beverley who were lovely points of contact. Highly recommend

We instructed MS Surveys to carry out a Building Survey prior to purchasing our property. As a Chartered Surveyor myself, I can say that the inspection and the report produced were clear, comprehensive and detailed. The time between the survey and delivery of the report was super quick and the surveyor responded in good time to a couple of report questions. The outcome meant that we were able to re-negotiate the purchase price to account for unexpected repairs that were identified by the surveyor. A safe pair of hands and very professional.
This is the third time we have used MS Surveys and every time we have had an excellent service and not had to wait too long for a survey which is great. I am hoping our next move is our last, but if not we will be back.

Being a first time buyer is hard enough, especially when buying a Grade II listed house. I asked Mark from MS Surveys to carry out a RICS building survey on the house I was buying in May 2015. Mark inspected my property and issued a full report the next day. The report was extremely thorough and had photos so I could easily assess whether the property was worth proceeding with. Not only was Mark quick to respond to any queries, he also recently supported my application for my building insurance by answering specific questions I have had about the property months after the survey service was completed. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Mark for all his help over the last few months! I will be recommending his service.
